Already heralded as "a monumental achievement in contemporary jazz," Steve Khan's "THE GREEN FIELD" is the realization of the guitarist's unique musical vision. John Patitucci ( Chic Corea), Jack DeJohnette (Herbie Hancock, Miles Davis), and Manolo Badrena (Rolling Stones, Talking Heads, Blondie) return to form the core group, and the 18-minute title track may well be Khan's most important work to date.
